What’s encouraged

Be specific about the property and rental experience: maintenance, communication, safety, value for money, and overall condition.
Use calm, respectful language — even when your experience was negative.
What’s not allowed
Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive language.
Personal data: names, phone numbers, emails, social handles, or anything that identifies an individual.
Defamation or unverified accusations presented as fact. If you mention a serious claim, frame it as your experience and opinion.
Spam, promotional content, or attempts to manipulate ratings.
Anonymity & responsibility
Reviews are shown with limited author information. Please still write responsibly — anonymity is not a license to target individuals.
Focus on the rental experience and property conditions, not private details about people.
How moderation works
Reviews are moderated. Content may be removed from public view if it violates these guidelines.
Anyone can report a review they believe is harmful or unsafe. Reports help our admins prioritize what to review.
