What’s one thing you wish you’d checked before moving in?

Looking back at places you’ve rented, what’s the one thing you wish you’d checked before signing the lease? For me it’s noise levels, the place seemed quiet during the viewing but the neighbours had late social events every week. Small things like that can make a huge difference when you’re actually living there.
