Be respectful and factual
Respond to feedback calmly and professionally. Avoid personal attacks or hostile language.
Focus on the issue: timelines, repairs, communication, and what you’ll do next.
No personal data
Do not share private information about renters or staff (names, phone numbers, emails, or identifiers).
If you need to resolve something privately, invite the renter to contact you off-platform.
Claiming properties
Only claim properties you genuinely manage or own.
Do not attempt to claim properties in order to silence reviews or intimidate renters.
Moderation and disputes
Content can be reported and reviewed. If you believe something breaches guidelines, you can report it for admin review.
No tenancy verification: Tattlers does not verify tenancy or factual accuracy.
Work with renters, not against them
Use the platform to demonstrate accountability: acknowledge issues and share progress.
Repeated abuse, threats, or attempts to manipulate the community may lead to restrictions.
