When you go to view a place, what’s the first thing that makes you think “yeah… maybe not”? For me it’s when the landlord or agent rushes the viewing and doesn’t want you to look around properly. That usually makes me wonder what they’re hoping you won’t notice. Curious what everyone else looks out for — could help a lot of people avoid bad situations.
