Referral Programme — Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must have a registered Tattlers account and have successfully submitted at least one tattle to participate.

2. How It Works

After completing a tattle, you receive a unique referral link. When someone signs up using your link and completes their own tattle, you earn referral credit toward prize draws.

3. Prize Draws

• Launch Draw (First 100 Tattles): 10 winners receive a £10 gift card. You must opt in to enter.
• Monthly Tattle Draw: 1 winner per month receives a £5 gift card for writing a tattle that month.
• Referral Tier 1 (1 successful referral): 5 winners per month receive a 1-month ad-free streaming subscription of their choice.
• Referral Tier 2 (10 successful referrals): 5 winners per month receive a £15 Deliveroo gift card.

4. One Win Per Tier

You can only win once in each prize category. Past winners in a tier are not eligible for future draws in that same tier.

5. Data & Privacy

By accepting these terms, you consent to Tattlers storing your email address for the purpose of contacting you if you win a prize. Your identity will never be shared publicly. Winners remain anonymous.

6. Draw Process

Winners are selected using cryptographically secure random selection at the end of each qualifying period. Results are final.

7. Prize Fulfilment

Winners will be contacted by email. You must respond within 14 days to claim your prize, or a replacement winner may be selected.

8. Changes to Terms

Tattlers reserves the right to modify these terms. If terms are updated, you will be asked to re-accept before your next draw entry.

9. General

Tattlers reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the referral system. All decisions regarding eligibility and prize awards are final.
